About Karen

I live and teach on the west coast of Scotland on the beautiful Isle of Seil. As a yoga practitioner for over 12 years and a teacher for four, I am inspired every day by the sense of community and connection that yoga nurtures.
My personal yoga practice and teaching does not fall neatly under one label but is the result of ongoing personal exploration, drawing together threads as diverse as Scaravelli inspired practice, traditional pranayama and contemporary iRest Yoga Nidra. The practice is one of attention, of ease in movement, of acceptance of what is manifesting and felt in the present moment, in body, breath, speech and mind.
