Private sessions are currently available online and will also return to in-person when safe to do so.
Private sessions are tailored to the unique requirements of each student – whether it is simply time to devote to the development of your personal practice, to recover from illness or injury, to work on a particular physical or mental challenge, or build the confidence to join a group class.
One-to-one yoga lessons with Karen have been a huge help for my back problems. I leave every session feeling an inch taller and walking on air, but also, more importantly, having learnt things that I can carry forward into daily life to help maintain the improvement. - Christine
Individual in-person sessions are held in my home, with care taken to maintain proper distance, hygiene and ventilation, or over zoom.

£25 for a 60 minute session; £35 for a 90 minute session.
Practicing in-person with a partner or friend, is a wonderful experience, yet constantly under review.
