3 - 5 pm, £15

A chance to take some time out to rebalance body, mind and breath through focussed movement, and harnessing the power of breathwork and yoga Nidra meditation so that you can navigate the demands of life with more ease and equanimity.

As we move into a busier time of year, join me to learn some useful tools to take away, and return to again and again, once you leave the mat and re-enter daily life.

Yoga - a practice for Life.

The Pink Ladies Day, now entering its 8th year is a special pamper day for women from across Argyll who have experienced Breast Cancer first hand.

We invite our Pink Ladies to come along with a close friend or family member to be preened and pampered by our amazing stylists, beauty therapists and make-up artists all giving their time, skill and expertise, voluntarily. There is a lot for our guests to do on the day; 3-course lunch, morning and afternoon coffee, complimentary therapies including massage, facials, reiki, yoga, pilates and mindfulness in addition to hair, nails and make-up.

The day is about friendship, pampering, relaxation and meeting like-minded women. I started the Pink Ladies Day in 2014 following my own diagnosis earlier that year. It has grown to accommodate 90 women and they absolutely love a day away from reality to immerse themselves in sheer indulgence! The fear of cancer returning, having experienced the harshness of treatment and the worry of where it might lead is never far from our thoughts, so this day helps to bring solidarity, recognition and appreciation of what they have been through.
