Restorative yoga aims to bring the body back into balance through calming, passive poses. The emphasis is on postural support allowing the body to release, both physically and emotionally and enter into a state of deep, natural relaxation.
This form of yoga is best practised in an individual setting so that the particular needs of each student can be met.
