We can all breathe pretty well - but do we do so to the best effect? To energise, calm, rebalance or aid concentration, as required? Both traditional yogic pranayma and contemporary breathwork practices offer simple, proven techniques to bring harmony to body, breath and mind. Monthly sessions, 45 minutes on the first Wednesday of the month
