Yoga for Wellbeing
Paused until the autumn
A regular yoga practice can have many benefits, physical as we find more ease in movement, physiologically as
the breath becomes steadier and more responsive to circumstance, and emotionally as mindful attention to breath-led movement rebalances the nervous system and gives us the experience of greater harmony in breath, body and mind.
These classes are open to everyone and anyone, held in the welcoming
Argyll Wellbeing Hub, Breadalbane Street, Oban.
No experience is necessary as we welcome both those new to yoga and more experienced practicioners.
