Mini Retreat

Take a morning for yourself, or with a friend or partner, to explore your practice in more depth.  The session will develop according to the interests of the students and may include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork) or meditation and any other topics that may arise.  The morning will include a refreshment break.

 Retreats will be offered again once safe to do so.
